Meal Planning for Success – Based on the assessment and set goals I put together an individualized meal plan that caters to your food preferences, goals, and nutritional requirements. I also help you to discover ways of coping with cravings (because we all have these) and healthy alternatives for foods that you can’t seem to kick.

Hypnotherapy Sessions

Hypnotherapy - This is a one-on-one guided meditation session that helps to support altering unconscious habits or patterns that we want to change. This technique can be used for behaviours such as weight management, procrastination, smoking cessation, insomnia, self confidence, etc.

Transformation Consultation

This is a one-on-one opportunity for me to get to you and vice versa. I appreciate that it takes time and work to gain the trust of my clients and this session gives me an opportunity to assess your current nutrition and lifestyle practices, challenges and goals, while also taking into account barriers to reaching this goals.

As there is no one-size-fits-all approach to eating and nourishing our bodies, uniqueness is celebrated and made a priority.


This service is offered in person and also via Skype to ensure

that there are no transportation barriers!
